Private Training






Whether it's Yoga, Pilates, AntiGravity, or another fitness goal you have, private training will allow for an individualized program to be tailored to your level. In a private session you'll gain an understanding of your body and mind, and learn how to get the most from training. A hands on approach assists you to work to your full potential. Incorporate functional training, yoga, aerial or Pilates with relaxation, meditation or visualization if you wish.
