Private Training



Whether it's Yoga, Pilates or another fitness goal you have, a private session will allow for an individualized session to be tailored to your body's needs. In a private session you'll gain an understanding of your body, and learn how to get the most from training. A hands on approach assists you to work to your full potential. Incorporate relaxation, meditation or visualization if you wish.

Ideal when:

  • Starting out, learn correct alignment
  • Recovering from injury
  • You have a specific goal to work towards
  • You want to work at your edge
